Additional Characters:

• Two people in a portrait: $40, 2400x3000 pixels final size (about 8x10 @ 300 dpi)


• Three people in a portrait: $50, 8"x10" final size

Your Commission will have a simple, nicely-colored backdrop or a subtle scenery/environment, depending on the subject and request. Overall it will be in light detail, as the focus will be on the character.

Your commission request includes an avatar, signature and wallpaper design. I just like doing them.

Print Production

Prints are made available through Deviantart once the commission is completed.

• A 5"x7" commission will print up to 9"x12".


• An 8"x10" commission will print up to 11"x14".

**If you have a certain format size in mind for printing, let me know BEFORE I start your art, and I will gladly work with you. Note that there may be a slight up-charge for the larger size, as it tends to take a bit longer to create.**

Payment Process
Payment is done through Paypal email invoicing - you can pay with your paypal account or just a credit card.

When I'm ready to start your commission, I'll send you an email to let you know and to make sure you're still interested.

   
1. HALF PAYMENT is due upon approval of the sketch.

   
2. Once the sketch is approved and payment is received, I will complete the art.

   
3. Upon approval of the final art proof, the last half of the amount due will be required before the high resolution art is sent to you, and released for print production.

   

If you have any questions, just ask! This process is in place to ensure that we both receive what we asked for in a timely manner, and is the most fair and commonly practiced method of commission work payment.

Timelines

Expect a turnaround time of 1 week for your request, with an additional 4 days for every person in front of you on the waiting list.

For example, if you are number 4 on the list, expect a turnaround time of about 3 weeks until I can get to you, give or take. Each portrait takes me around 4-7 hours depending on the detail, and I do these in my after-work hours, 2-3 days week.

I will NOT take any money until I am committed to completing a commission. As mentioned above, you pay nothing until I start your commish, ensuring that it will be done in a timely manner once the transaction has started.

POOPY DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, this is not how I make my living. I am a Creative Director for a fast-growing company in the Eastern US. I reserve the right to postpone or cancel commissions on the waiting list (NOT in-progress ones) if something in my professional career comes up that demands my time. I try to avoid this where I can - but it can come up. If this should happen, when I am able to carry on again, I will contact those people that were on the list previously, and they get first dibs for the next round of commissions. Note that if you have paid for your commission sketch, it WILL be completed in the time expected. Rest assured, I will NOT cancel a commission request that has money down on it.
